Payout: GBP 7/Hour/Seat
Contract: 1 year extendable to 3 years
Training: Training material will be provided, in case trainer is required then the travel, boarding and lodging cost has to be borne by the center
Center should have a India Registered company with VAT number.
Customer Support : Includes new customers welcome call, hardcore customer support, providing proper billing information to the customers, etc.
Technical Support : Broadband support and other technical support to the customers over the phone.
Value Added Support : Providing support to the customers for some value added services provided by the client.
Free information Support : Provide support of free information for emergency services and business houses to the customers.
Other support : Provide prior information to the customers about the downtime on support if required for any internal up-gradation by the TCC.
Consultancy Charges: INR 2,00,000
(Center to bear the cost of travel, boarding and lodging for 2 people for 2 days for the same)
$5,000 to be payable once the Signup has been done in the Client's Head office
(Center to bear the cost of travel, boarding and lodging for 2 people for 2 days for the same)
Royalty: 10% from the monthly billing
Deposit with the end client: Up to a maximum of GBP 10,000 of this up to 50% will be refunded post line testing.
Documents/Certifications Required:
( 1 ) Company Profile.
( 2 ) Last 2 years Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statement.
( 3 ) Articles and Memorandum of Association.
( 4 ) Director’s profile along with senior Management profile.
( 5 ) Details of any 1 previous inbound projects handled.
( 6 ) DOT Licences (Domestic & International).
( 7 ) STPI Registration.
( 8 ) Submit Your Company Profile with 12 Photographs of Center.
( 9 ) Center must be at least 1 year Old with Dot and ISO and a Pvt Ltd..
( 10 ) Company registered under the Indian Company Law of 1956.
( 11 ) Center should Submit Required Docs in Hard & soft copy with Director/Chairman's Id & Address Proof.
