Upfront / security fee : 1,00,000

Eligibility : Company or Private firm

Forms : Min. 4,000 forms / seat / month

Total Number of forms : 80,000 forms (20 seats)

No. of fields : 18 fields

Rate : Rs.5 / form

TAT : 28 days

Seats Per Slot : 20 seats

Total Duration of project : 11 Months

Billing : Rs.4 Lac / month (approx) (Taxes Applicable)

Billing cycle : Monthly

Quality required : 98%

Royalty : 15% (every billing)

Onsite Training : Charges Applicable. ( Rs.500 Per Person )

Consultancy Charges : INR 50,000

Sign up: Directly with Local Operator.

1 slot: 20 seats minimum.

Rs.50,000 to be given in advance for booking the slot and getting the start selection procedure.

Agreement (After this only Center would be confirmed for Sign up)

Sign up Procedure:

1. Send your Company profile.

2. An amount of Rs. 50,000 needs to be given per slot for booking.

3. Attach last 6 Months Bank Statement, 1 year Experience certificate.

4. 2010 / 2011 TAX Bill.

5. Sign up will happen with the LO.Training Will be Provided by LO Executive.
