Requirements:
Min. 5+ seats to start off. Excellent communication skilled agents according to region dialing. Regional languages will also work (Like – Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, Telugu etc.,) along with one supervisor, TL, and QA representative. Predictive dialer and a DID number to receive inbound call leads routed to all selected agents.
Back-up Power and Broadband (Contract can and may be cancelled if not up to the requirements.).
One responsible person has to be available on Skype for Voice Chat during calling hours (NO EXCUSE).
Campaign Profile: This is an outbound B2C sales process. Customers must be interested to buy prepaid calling cards to NRI’s or Any one who make international calls.

Payout: 25% of sale value for fresh sales as well as for recharge.

Shift Hours: Min 6 hours. Calling hours depending on the Location.
Reporting: Generated sale leads must be entered into the Portal along with recordings.
Training: Mandatory online training of 8-10 days. Training will be organized by the client under professional trainers.
Will impart process training to the center for running the campaign(s) successfully. Further, though the day-to-day operations of the campaign will be managed by the Center, VP will remain actively involved with the project throughout its life.

Registration: $500.00 Training BondService providers must understand that we are not charging any 'up front', but rather a training bond which will be returned in full along with the 4th payout.
