Number Of Forms: 1800 Forms Per Seat Per Month
Rate per Form:- Rs.12 Per Form
Data will be provided to the user on monthly basis through FTP.
Payment Frequency:- Monthly
Accuracy Slab :-
95% To 100% = 100% Payment
90% To 95% = 70% Payment
85% TO 90% = 50% Payment
80% TO 85% = 20% Payment
Below 80% : No Payment
Rework Will Be Provided For 2 Times In Total Contract Period.
Quality Check Report Will Be Provided Within 5-7 Working Days After Submission Of Work
Payment Will Be Done After 5 Working Days Of Issue Of Quality Checking Report.
Terms And Conditions:
(A) Kindly Note There Is Upfront for This Project is 25K Per Seat + 5k per seat consultation. Kindly Contact Only U Are Agreed To This Condition. Security Deposit Will Be Paid At The Time Of Sign Up.
(B) Letter Of Credit For 30 Seats And Above.
Sign Up Procedure:
(1) The Center Need To Send Us Company Profile And Letter Of Intent ( Application Form ) Confirming The Number Of Seats They Want To Go Ahead With us.
(2) The Center Has To Confirm The Date On Which They Want To Sign up For All Legal Formalities.
(3) The Center Need To Pay Per Seat To Us At The Time Of Sign Up At Our Premise, Against Which They Will Be Provided Unconditional Cheque For The Amount As A Payment Security. The Center Has To Return The Cheque Back To Us After Getting Billings. All The Agreement Will Be Done On Stamp And Bond Paper.
(4) After Sign Up, Center will be provided Demo Work for practice. It Will Take 1-2 Working Days To Initiate The Project.
