US Telecom Inbound for T-Mobile

Shift would be 7 day a week with 8 hour x 2 shifts a day

Your agent's team should compromise of 80% having min. 1 year experience working with a BPO

Nature of work : Receiving calls & Taking callers info solving queries keeping in mind the FCR (First Call Resolution) as the Client to Customer satisfaction report.

Payment will be released after 7 days from the day the Invoice is Sent.

All Training and technical solution will be given from our side online if the center so wishes a trainer can be provided

Payment Cycle will be 15 days and Invoice will be released every 17th day

Min. Seats will be given to any company min 75 on starting and later they can get up to 100 seats as well once the company is giving 100 % on their quality.

Installation Charges : $200 per Seat.

Quality Points:-

Any agent making wrong call disposition in CRM that ID will not be paid for the day.

Any agent found hanging up the call or not giving the right information to customer or not using the rebuttals that ID will be blocked.

And if any team member makes these mistake 3 times, the project will be taken back from the company.

If any agent is found playing with the CRM technically or writing anything on the CRM project will be cancelled.

Advance to Center will be 15 days advance payment @ $100 -$150 as settled upon with the Center

Charges : Consultancy Charge, Royalty 5% from every billing. Traveling charges.

Payment Method: Western Union / International Merchant account.

Consultancy Charge : Rs.50,000

Training:

Shall be provided by the client at the Center wherein the Trainer Would fly down from States and the Expenses has to be taken by the Center.

Requirements :

Center must be at least 3 year Old with Dot and ISO and a Pvt Ltd..

Center should Submit Required Docs in Hard & soft copy with Director/Chairman's Id & Address Proof.

Sign up Procedure:

1. Send Company Profile along with experience certification+DoT+ISO+Balance sheet of Last Year+ ROI.

2 . Once Approved Center will get a Official mail from Incredible India announcing the date and Venue of Sign up.


Charges Involved :

( 1 ) Business Procurement Fees : Rs.2 Lac ( Refundable )
( 2 ) 5% Royalty ( 1 Year )

Documents/Certifications Required:

( 1 ) Submit Your Company Profile with 4 Photographs of Each Floor/Cabin of Center.
( 2 ) Last 1 year Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statement.
( 3 ) Director’s profile along with senior Management profile.
( 4 ) Details of any previous inbound projects handled.
( 5 ) DOT Licenses (Domestic & International).
( 6 ) STPI Registration.
